Staffa House is a high-end guesthouse in Fionnphort, on the beautiful Ross of Mull. Set in a peaceful Hebridean village overlooking the Sound of Iona, it enjoys an exceptional position just a few minutes’ walk from the pier, where local services depart daily for Iona and Staffa. As experienced and friendly hosts, we have a keen eye for the details that make a warm, restful and thoughtfully presented base for exploring one of Scotland’s most scenic coastal setting.

Our guest bedrooms are spacious, calm and comfortable, with super-comfy beds, quality linens and everything needed for a good night’s sleep. Each room has a recently refurbished en-suite shower room supplied with luxury organic toiletries, creating a fresh and relaxing private space for every guest.

Food is at the heart of the Staffa House experience, with menus that celebrate local produce, trusted island supply chains and ingredients from our own organic kitchen garden. Breakfast is served in our light-filled conservatory dining room, with freshly cooked dishes and beautiful views across to Iona.

We have a two-night minimum stay policy, but recommend three nights so you have two full days to explore. If you are a business traveller, or if the system is closed, please get in touch by telephone or email to talk to us about availability and the option of a one-night stay. Assistance animals are welcome, but otherwise we are unable to accept dogs.
